As a professional actor and international model with a career spanning over three decades, Michael has built a body of work that includes film and television credits alongside hundreds of cover modeling appearances. That kind of career demands something most fitness certifications can’t teach: the ability to be camera-ready on command, year after year, with no room for inconsistency. It also opened the door to a parallel career in sports nutrition — since 2003, Michael has served as an industry spokesperson, and he later owned and operated his own store in West Hollywood, a market widely regarded as the epicenter of the global fitness and wellness industry.

Over the years, Michael has trained and developed nutrition programs for actors, models, and professional athletes — clients whose careers depend on precision, consistency, and measurable results. That same rigor now defines his approach to coaching: every program is built around real physiological data, individualized to the client, and designed for sustainable, long-term change.

As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Michael now brings this caliber of coaching to Huntsville and Madison, offering clients a level of insight and standards rarely found outside of major entertainment and athletic markets.
