This workout seems totally weird like a Geico ad, however caveman training has begun to make a resurgence and it’s not hard to see why. The results are fantastic!! Basically the person performs a H.I.I.T type of workout using only body weight exercises or things in nature as obstacles or resistance. Like a heavy log, tire or running in the sand etc.
Much of what is performed is excellent for overall body strength because the person gets use to how their body moves in all three planes of motion similar to functional training. Give it a try, I dare you.
