High intensity interval training or HIIT, is a form of exercise utilized for it’s ability to transform an individuals physical appearance in the quickest amount of time; however, it’s also great for athletes preparing for sports which require strength as well as endurance. Be warned though this type of training requires a intermediate to advanced level of fitness and should not be performed by beginners.
